Direct trade relationships
We roast in small batches every Monday. Your beans arrive at peak flavor, never sitting on shelves for months.
We work directly with farmers in Colombia, Ethiopia, and Guatemala. Better prices for them, better coffee for you.
Every bag sold supports coffee-growing communities. 1% of revenue funds education and healthcare programs.
Our Process
Most coffee sits in warehouses for 6–12 months before reaching you. We do things differently. Our beans are sourced directly from partner farms, shipped immediately after harvest, and roasted to order in our micro-roastery. The result: coffee that tastes like fruit, chocolate, flowers — not just "coffee."
Every bag shows farm, elevation, variety, and harvest date

Our Story
Maria Santos pulled her first shot at 16 in her family's restaurant in Oaxaca. Twenty years later, after managing roasteries in Portland and Copenhagen, she opened Coffino with a simple premise: coffee should be traceable, seasonal, and roasted with intention.
Today, we work with twelve partner farms across three continents. Every batch is roasted on our Loring S35 in small lots, cupped daily, and shipped within 48 hours. No warehousing. No blending to hide defects. Just coffee that tastes like its origin.
Visit any of our three locations and you'll find the same care: baristas who can tell you the farm name, elevation, and processing method for every bean on bar. Because when you know the story, the coffee tastes better.

"The Ethiopia Yirgacheffe changed how I think about coffee. Floral, bright, complex — nothing like the burnt beans I used to buy. Now I subscribe monthly."

"We serve Coffino at our bakery and customers ask for it by name. The consistency is unmatched — every bag, every roast, every time. True partners."

"Visited the roastery on their open house. Seeing the care — from green bean sorting to cupping notes — made me a customer for life. This is the real deal."
